Removed grill grates and trough
Applied penetrating oil on screws
6 screws holding base to sides
2 where seized
Backed out screws with vice grips on threads from bottom.
Cut two heads off with dremel
Replacement grates like a glove
Purchase 6 new 6mm course thread screws. Holes are pre tapped.
