This is an original replacement part manufactured for use with Char-Broil outdoor grills. The plastic knob has a chrome indicator cap, and is used to open, and close the gas valves on the regulator. The control knob is sold individually, please see model diagram for additional parts.
Removed front cover, 4 screws, pulled out complete assembly, put it on the ground, put new assembly in, put screws back in and tightened, hooked to tank and fired up the grill, to make sure it worked properly
