Modular Stovetop Grate G250-0028-W1

Hello eReplacementParts Friends I would like to thank the company for their handling of a small problem with the shipping of my purchased replacement part. Every step in the process from locating the exact part I needed in the well designed graphs, to placing the order along with payment very easy, the delivery time & questions answered completely, the delivery was on time and placed as to be found easily on my front porch but now heres where a problem surfaced. The item I purchased is a cast metal grate for a gas stove which is a brittle metal and packaging should allow for this type metal. Bubble wrap is a packaging material great for certain materials ie glass or other light weight breakable materials but not effective for heavy metal objects such as a grate. Thick styrofoam would be more appropriate packaging material to wrap this brittle metal inside. This would have prevented the breaking of the points the fit into the stove top (see pictures I submitted in the reply day of delivery) The delivery company is 50% at fault in this damage due to their rough handling of customers property. They should be notified of this damage. In closing the customer service department handled this insistent with professional mism and satisfaction delivered to the client. I will recommend and use this company again with great confidence and have no doubt of a better result in future transactions. Thank you for this reply to be presented. Best Wishes in 2020 !!!
