This vaporizer bar also known as a flavorizer bar is specially manufactured by Char-Broil for use on some of their grills. The purpose of these bars is to direct grease and drippings away from the burner tubes. This will help to cut down on flare ups and make cleaning easier. An extra benefit of vaporizer bars is that they help add that "cooked on a grill" flavor to your food. Please note, this steel porcelain coated item is sold as an individual item. Replacing it is a simple task that does not require any tools.
