Product Description

?

This is an individual plastic wheel compatible with various models of outdoor grills. This wheel attaches to an axle rod at the bottom of the grill assembly, allowing you to move it around. If you find your grill difficult to move and notice that the wheel(s) do not rotate or move smoothly due to damage or warping, you will need to replace this wheel. Consider ordering multiple wheels if you find that more than one is not moving properly. This wheel measures approximately 6 inches in diameter and has a 1 1/16-inch outer diameter and 3/8-inch inner diameter bearing. To replace this wheel, you only need to remove the pin that secures it to the axle rod. Then, you can slide off the old wheel and install and secure the new wheel in place.

1. Braced the grill in an upright position so the wheel would clear the ground.
2. Examined the remaining wheel to see how that was put on.
3. Removed the pin which held the axle in place.
4. Slipped the new wheel on the axle.
5. Put the pin back on.

The only problem was bending down to put the wh eel back on--twice I lifted my body up and struck my head on the bottom of the grill. Hard enough to draw blood. But, after the second time I showed my quick learning and didn\'t do it again. See, my head isn\'t as hard as my wife said. Would advise to remove the gas cylinder to replace the wheel.
