Just can't get the right parts
Such a long sad story. This is the correct part however the original part consisted of two pieces, upper and lower, forming a closed channel. This part was only one piece (the lower part) and consequently only half of what I needed. The upper part is slightly different. I contacted you and got an RMA number and thru your agent ordered another part he told me was correct. It's not either. I am so frustrated I may just try to modify it to work. Been working on these replacement parts since Jul 1. Customer Service has been good but the parts aren't what they are supposed to be.
