My handle broke off. I ordered a replacement and installed it.
I opened the lid used a dewalt screw gun with a #2 Philips bit. Opened up the lid and on the back side of the lid there is two Philips screws. Loosen them take the old handle off. Put new handle into place and tighten screws.
