1. Removed the propane tank.
2. Removed the loose items.
3. Carefully laid BBQ on its back.
4. Propped up the back to have the base off the ground.
5. Removed the old base.
6. Transferred all the wheels.
7. Reassembled using original parts manual.

Grill base broke

Removed the old base , seven screws ( Philips head ) , removed the wheels . Then put the wheels on the new base and installed the new base . Easy as that
