This replacement baffle is secured beneath the burner tubes to direct grease and food drippings, it will also help to add that smokey flavor to your food. Please note this durable metal part is sold individually. To prevent this part from warping or rusting it is recommended after each use to let it cool down and wash it with warm water and soap.
