1) Opened the Broil King BBQ grille lid
2) Untightened the spin nut by hand
3) Removed the name plate/thermometer
4) Popped out the thermometer from the old name plate
5) Inserted the thermometer into new name plate
6) Placed the nameplate/thermometer assembly back into position
7) Screwed on the spin nut by hand
8) Closed the lid
