Product Description

?

This is an authentic Powermate replacement part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with belt sanders. A carbon brush carries electricity to the armature by pressing against the commutator bars. Common symptoms of a faulty brush module include intermittent power loss, decreased performance, or a total loss of power to the motor. This brush module consists of two carbon brushes, the plastic holder, and the springs. A screwdriver will be needed to perform this repair. Refer to the appropriate diagrams for your model to ensure the correct replacement procedure.
