The H650IS-W Generator had two issues: (1) The capacitor on the Board Circuit was bulging and (2) The capacitor in the Generator was leaking and bulging.

I removed it from the Generator, took physical measurements, chose a capacitor (Part Number G6126802 - Motor Run Capacitor, 55MFD, 440V, Oval) available on the open market, and replaced it. I had to make a modification to the capacitor bracket to make the capacitor fit the Generator. After a successful stress test, I put the Generator back into service.
