Pri; Insulator, Carburetor 16211-Z0D-D01

I ordered a part for my honda generator from eReplacementParts and unfortunately, through no fault of their own, it arrived broken. Please keep reading. Since it was in a honda package that had not been opened and the piece that was broken off of the part was not in the package I assume it was sent that way to eReplacementParts from Honda. When I called for a replacement I anticipated the usual response of "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." but to my surprise this was not the response I received. On the other end of the phone was a women named Mary whom I like to call my angel Mary. She went above and beyond and out of her way to make sure I was taken care of that day. She first told me I had to send the broken part back. I told Mary that if I took the part(which was being held on by a single bolt instead of the two it needed)off my generator I would be out of power until the new part came since it is currently running the electricity in my home. I could hear the clicking of her keyboard in the background as she worked vigorously to get my situation resolved. She said "Okay, forget that, I am issuing you a refund and we will place an order for a new part so you don't have to be without power." I was honestly taken back by her response. It was a huge sense of relief and I realized then that there are still good people in this world. I told her she had no idea how much she was helping me and that I could not thank her enough to which she responded "Here at eReplacementParts we do not beleive in throwing our customers under the bus." My refund came promptly as well as my replacement part which is in good, working condition.
