This recoil starter is an original replacement part manufactured for use with Generac portable generators. The recoil starter is used to manually start the engine, by engaging the flywheel when the rope is pulled. The part includes the recoil pulley, spring, rope, handle, and recoil cup. The recoil starter is sold individually, please see model diagram for additional parts.
