This is an original part from the Generac manufacturer. The (d7) valve stem seal is constructed of metal, and is designed for use with many generator machines. This protective item is fitted onto the cylinder head seats & guides assembly. The valve stem leaks a specific amount of oil to be used as a lubricant for guide. This item is sold individually. A wrench and a screwdriver are helpful for making the replacement.

1. Remove the engine
2. Remove and clean all engine cylinder head parts
3. Repair the cylinder head new valves and seals
4. Reinstall the cylinder head
5. Adjust and test
6. Repair completed
