Generator Brush Bad

1. Remove the generator cover
2. Disconnect the Brushes cables
3. Unscrew the brush holder
4. Install and connect the new brushes
5. Install the generator cover back

Generator has no output voltage, brushes were okay but were worn with about 1/2 their life remaking, had to repair broken wire on rotor, I changed brushes because of wear and also because of time and

1. Removed the exterior housing
2. Removed fan from rotor with steering wheel pulley.
3. Removed plate.
4. Removed brushes.
5. Removed stair from generator
6. Resoldered broken wire on rotor
7. Used job weld epoxy to secure soldered wire to rotor.
8. Reassembled stator, brushes, muffler and plates and housing and tested.
