Hello Kenneth, thank you for your question. We find on the parts list the Valve,?? Fuel 209417GS. It appears to have the fuel shut off as part of the assembly. We hope this helps.

2. Drain gas from the tank.
3. Remove the valve.
4. Install the new valve.
5. Put the fuel line back on the valve.
6. Put clean fresh fuel back in the tank.
7. Open the valve.
8. Start the engine.
