Parts Used:
209420GS
1. Remove end cover. ( 2 bolts )
2. Remove voltage regulator module ( 2 bolts ) and disconnect electrical harness connector attached to regulator.
3. Disconnect two wires that are from regulator module that are attached to motor brushes.
4. Install new voltage regulator module in reverse order.
5. Start generator and check for 120 vac power and now it works.
