This is the replacement battery that is specially designed for use with Briggs and Stratton portable generators. It is an authentic item that is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer. Removed old battery with a new battery. Had to remove the gas tank in order to get to the bracket. While removing tank broke the fuel valve and had to replace it as well. Repair was fast and easy thanks to ereplacementparts having all the parts I need!
Drained all the old gas out of the tank. Took off the carburetor and cleaned it all out. Cleaned out the gas tank as good as I could. Reassembled and put on new gas line. Put on new air filter and spark plug. Installed new battery and changed the oil. Runs like a new one.
