This is an authentic OEM part. This durable shredding disc features stainless steel blades and is used in Cuisinart food processors to shred cheese and other ingredients into uniform strips. It is an identical replacement for a missing or broken disc that originally came with a new unit. Simply remove the old disc from the work bowl and slide the new one over the stem and push down until it is secured in place. One item is included per order.
