HEAT PLATE 92375

THE PICTURE OF THE PART AND DIMENSIONS LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE WERE CORRECT AND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE PART, IT WAS LABELED WITH THE PART NUMBER SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE (92375) BUT IT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM ITS DIMENSIONS AND PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE AND COULD NOT POSSIBLY WORK. I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNED THE PART USING THE RETURN LABEL THEY PROVIDED BY EMAIL. SO THE RATING IS A 1 STAR BECAUSE THE PART WAS TOTALLY WRONG BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD. I WOULD STILL LIKE TO ORDER 2 PIECES OF THIS PART IF I COULD BE ASSURED THAT I WOULD GET THE CORRECT PART AND NOT GET THE WRONG PART AGAIN AND HAVE TO RETURN IT AGAIN. BUT I AM AFRAID THAT YOU MAY STILL HAVE THE MISLABELED WRONG PART STILL IN YOUR STOCKING BINS.

The description of what I ordered and the picture of the item look accurate but the part I received wasn't even close to what I ordered. I called customer service and they were very helpful. I returned the incorrect part and I'm awaiting the correct part.
