nothing happening after plug-in and pushed power on

1 opened the back & top cover and clear all stuff to see the main control box (the white color electric box that located on the right hand side of machine
2 loosen the four screw of the white electric box
3 opened the box then you can see the pcb board inner, check the burned sign with both side of board before cutting the w ire, may cause the other issue if no burned sign present on the boards both side
4 cutting off all wires and take out the damaged electric box and replacing the new one

Blew the main board during a power outage

1. Removed the top and back plate (instructions can be found in youtube)
2. Documented (photographed), all the connections coming out of the main board.
3. Removed the main board.
4. Connected all the internal (multiconectors) to the new board.
5. Screwed the new main board into its place in the machine.
6. F inished the outside connections.
7. Assembled the back and top plate.
Finished. Machine works great again!

Board was burned

Removed back- three hidden screws under water tank. Two hidden screws in front under the rim in round passages. Five visible screws on back panel. Each wire connecttion should be carefully marked. Carefully remove one-time use plastic wire connectors. May need to strip the wires, and replace with new wire connectors. Take pictures if nece ssary to be certain each wire is matched to the correct new wire on the board. Worked like a charm!

Changing the main PCB did not fix the problem, it was actually the actuator key. I decided to save the old main PCB for later , just in case something goes wrong with the espresso machine in the future. You need to find actuator key from somewhere else because ereplacementparts.com discontinued it. Replacing the main PCB is not easy at all, so if you are not a handy man , totally forget about it.
