Rather than just change out the bump feed knob I ordered the complete assembly. I\'m glad I did because now the trimmer operates like brand new. It is a very simple one bolt removal to change out the string head assembly. To access the bolt remove the bottom of the assembly which includes the bottom plate, bump knob, and string reel.
