The blade would not go up or down

I had to cut out the old height adjustment bolt out because I could not get to move..
1.To make this easy remove the saw from the stand and turn the saw upside down.
2.Remove the blade and till the blade to 45 degrees. This makes it easy to work on height bolt assembly and height worm.
3.Remove the wheel then remove the bolts and height regulating bolt assembly.
4. I had to remove the anchor block. then remove the height worm.
Remember where the washers go on the height adjust bolt so when you reinstall it in the correct place.

My hand wheel was brolen/back was striped out where the shaft pin set in.

Took the old one off and replaced with the new one and replaced the hand wheel; tightened the nut.
