GÇó Using a flat-tip screwdriver, remove the two round (black) plastic brush covers, remove both \'spring-loaded\' carbon brushes.

GÇó Using a T25 driver, remove the remaining eight (8) housing attaching screws.
GÇó Remove the full end-housing by carefully sliding it off of the armature. A flat tip screwdriver may assist by separating the housing at the hand grip.
GÇó Using a phillips-head screwdriver, remove the two small screws that attach the old power cord wire-terminals to the on-off trigger switch.
GÇó Remove and replace the old power cord and strain relief boot.
GÇó Re-assemble the unit using the reverse order of the above.
Note: All screws are CCW to loosen / CW to tighten. End/hj
