This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement part designed for use with Vent-A-Hood units. It is the part that rotates inside the fan housing, producing airflow. This wheel is made out of metal and it is sold individually. Includes wheel and the set screw that you tighten to secure the blower wheel on the shaft. Repair is fairly easy, requiring only a screwdriver.
