Remove the bar clamp. Then on the back side of it, remove the retainer, bar screw and the bar pin. Thread the new bar pin on the new bar screw and secure them by the inserting the new retainer.
1. Removed chain cover with wrench
2. Removed keeper washer to allow adjuster screw to be removed
3. Installed new pin bar adjuster
4. Reinstalled keeper washer on adjuster screw.
5. Reinstalled chain cover
Removed bent bar and broken chain tension nut . Installed new parts . Adjusted chain tension . Tested by cutting down 2\' diameter tree . No problems .
Removed the retainer clip, then unscrewed the broken bar adjuster.
installed the new bar adjuster and then put the pin and adjusting screw back onto the bar cover plate and installed the retainer clip. Then put it all back together and adjusted the chain and ran the chainsaw. then re adjusted the chain tension and tighten the bar in

removed the cover plate with pin bard and adjustment screw, brushed out dirt and crud with air hose, rotated adjustment screw with screwdriver until the pin bar fell off, put new one in place, rotated adjustment screw until new pin bar was in correct position.
Umm... need a bit of manual dexterity but nothing major.
1. Removed retainer bar adjust
2. Removed screw bar adjust
3. Inserted new screw bar adjust
4. Inserted new pin bar adjust
5. Inserted old retainer bar adjust
6. Installed bar and chain
7. Installed bar clamp and bolts
8. Adjusted chain tension

Couldn\'t adjust the bar length (Bar Clamp was cracked)
1) Installed the retainer, screw & pin into the new bar clamp.
2) Removed old bar clamp
3) Installed new bar clamp
4) Adjusted bar (chain tension)
5) Final tighten 2 bolts that hold Bar Clamp & Bar
6) Cut down a tree
