It is a genuine item that is supplied by the original manufacturer for use with Metabo angle grinders. This O-ring is a special part which helps to provide a tight fit for the flange complete. Unfortunately, over time the material will wear out and it may begin to crack eventually requiring a replacement. To ensure to the exact location and the proper application of this component, refer to the diagram of your specific model. One durable rubber O-ring is included. A screwdriver will be needed to take the tool apart when performing this repair.
