Over time due to weathering this part may deteriorate and become brittle eventually requiring replacement. It is an original Weber replacement part that is specially manufactured for use with grills. We just had to remove the melted bumpers and Control Knob in the side burner and replaced them with the new parts. They perfectly fit our Weber Grill side burner. The parts arrived sooner than expected!

Magnet on the Weber grill door had a broken tab and some rubber stoppers were missing on the side burner.

I popped the stopper in.
Very easy repair. Now my grill is back to 100%.

Removed drip pan and tray.
Removed bolts.
removed tank blocker.
replaced tank blocker.
Bolted new tank blocker in with new supplied hardware.
Tightened everything down.
Replaced drip tray and drip pan.
Snapped in new rubber lid bumper.
Good to go!
