This replacement part is supplied by original equipment manufacturer and it is designed for use with Metabo angle grinders. This assembly consists of two (2) carbon brushes with lead wires attached. When replacing carbon brushes, be sure to inspect your armature for burns, cracks, or other damage which can indicate larger motor problems. It is advised to replace both brushes at the same type. You would need a screwdriver to complete this job. • Remove screws from the housing • Remove housing to gain access to the armature and brushes • Take out old brushes and replace them with new ones • Re-assemble and test the tool
