Why does air blow out oil fill cap. My compressor will not pump beyond 60psi?
Dennis For model number 921.153101 - May 12, 2023

Hi Dennis, Thank you for your question. A small amount air coming out of the oil fill cap is normal. If there is a lot of air coming out of the oil fill cap, then there is an issue with the piston seals and they will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

When the compressor is running. I feel alot of air coming out of the filler. Air compressor builds compression. Is that normal?
Marvin For model number 921.153101 - December 22, 2023

Hello Marvin, thank you for your question. If your compressor is losing pressure through the oil fill tube, check the piston seals. We find the seals not sold separately, but with the Piston Kit E100251. Good luck with this repair.

What type of oil do I need? It's below red dot would that cause low pressure?
Stan For model number 921-153100 - October 11, 2022

Hello Stan, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model number that you have provided and the manufacturer recommends a non detergent oil such as SAE-30 (API CG/CD Heavy Duty) or SAE-10 for winter conditions. It can be a cause of low pressure, but you may also want to check the gaskets, the reed valve, the filter, and the piston. Good luck with your repair and if you need assistance with placing an order, please do not hesitate to call our customer service, open 7 days a week to help you. We look forward to hearing from you.
