installed new carb. and air filter put in 100 percent gas pulled 2 or 3 times it fired right up this is the best co by far that I have bought parts from they get it right first time again great company to buy parts from thanks Aaron

Replace carb on portable home generator

Remove carburetor and remove all attached springs ,fuel lines, engine breather line,etc.
replace carburetor and attach all fuel lines and springs before attaching carburetor back on engine. This make install much easier
Since this is a preset carb with no adjustment on it; it\'s necessary to adjust the tension spring on the generator governor to increase or decrease the engine RPM. You really need a voltage meter to check your plugs on unit to make sure you have correct voltage. If low voltage need to increase engine speed or if too much voltage decrease engine speed to pull down voltage. IF your unit has 240 plug this is really important. If you have to much or to little voltage ; likely will cause damage to your appliances.

Took off and replaced the carb ..but did not start ...no gas getting in carb ,so took off bowl to check float adjustment and no gas ...so took off fuel line and tried blowing air threw ...no air ..so had to remove the plastic 90 that the line go s on and it seems they never drilled the hole in the press in OMG ...got it back together an d running fine ....Hey I just happy you got me one ...and you got me one for my snow blower before that works fine ....
