1. Changed spark plug but engine turned over but wouldn\'t start.
2. Checked air cleaner and foam pre-filter. Pre-filter was plugged.
3. Ordered parts from ereplacement.
4. Installed new parts(no tools needed).
5. Motor fired on 2nd pull.
