Since Old tank was broken, there was no fuel to remove. Unloosened the fuel hose with a pair of pliers, removed the two screws holding tank to the engine and removed the tank. Removed the metal bracket from the old tank and replaced it on the new tank, Reinstalled the new tank, connected the fuel line, filled with gas to make sure there w ere no leaks and started the engine for the generator.
