Oil fill tube broke

Remove the screw from the broken oil tube and remove it.
Install the gasket and o-ring on the new tube and screw it in.

Oil leaking from bottom of oil fill tube.

1. Removed oil fill cap.
2. Disconnected gas tank from pull cord housing (3 bolts).
3. Disconnected oil fill tube from pull cord housing (1 screw).
4. Installed gasket on bottom of oil fill tube (old gasket was missing).
5. Replaced o-ring on oil fill cap.
6. Re-attached oil fill tube to pull cord housing.
