It is a genuine OEM supplied component which is specially produced for use with a Makita generator. This replacement part provides an air-tight seal for the opening in the float body, please make sure to check appropriate diagram of your model for correct application. Over time it may deteriorate and crack eventually requiring replacement to maintain an air-tight seal. It is made of durable rubber material and it is sold individually.
