Product Description
?This authentic part is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Subaru / Robin engines that are commonly installed on a variety of lawn and garden equipment. The float valve is used to allow fuel into the float chamber when the chamber has been drained and to stop fuel from entering the chamber when it is full. It provides an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty component that was installed on a new unit. Please make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the exact location and the correct repair procedure. Keep in mind this high-quality valve float is made of durable metal and is sold individually.

Carburetor-fuel overflowing

2. Disconnected fuel line.
3. Opened fuel valve, drained old gas from tank.
4. Drained carburetor via drain screw.
5. Removed air cleaner assembly and disconnected ohv breather tube.
6. Removed carburetor and disconnected linkage.
7. Disassembled carburetor, cleaned METAL PARTS ... Read more ONLY with carb cleaner / compressed air.
8. Cleaned all intake gasket surfaces w/razor blade.
9. Reassembled carburetor with new parts.
10. Reinstalled parts in reverse order.
11. NEW GAS (high octaine, no ethanol)
12. (Took photos at each step for reference)
