This is an authentic Subaru/Robin replacement part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with small engines. The metal plug is used to seal the oil drain spout at the bottom of the crankcase assembly. A hex socket wrench is needed to install this part and when changing the oil. This item is available as an individual replacement part.
