The spark plug cap on my Subaru powered rototiller had an open circuit

Replaced the cap

Interesting that the orig cap had faulted. It must have spark intensity electronics within to enhance the mag voltage spike.- The engine would start and run OK with a plain cap. But I replaced cap with original design anyway as it might help start it in difficult conditions.

Just look at how muc h can be said about a spark plug cap and I didn\'t even describe how much I disassembled the engine only to find the problem was accessible without any parts removal.
