This item is available as an individual replacement part. The retainer attaches to the intake valve and the exhaust valve. A set of pliers might be needed during the installation process. It is made of metal and will need to be replaced if it becomes broken. This is an authentic OEM sourced item which is specially produced for use with Kohler engines and generators.
