Bad customer service.
Sorry to say but I am very disappointed with your service. We ordered a starter for our lawn mower on May 28. Talked to a representative she helped us find the part, which she said was compatible to the one we were looking for. After a month the part finally came and it was the wrong part. So I had to return it which was a hassle as I had to drive 50 miles to the Fed-X place. Then we went on line again and found the right part, without the help of your person, and reordered it which you say is in stock but you wont ship until the 14th of July. I paid the extra money for faster shipping, but now found out that is not true. I have never delt with a company this slow, and I am sick and tired of everything being blamed on the covid-19 virus. You need to get enough of your employees back to work to give your customers better service. I am sorry that I did business with you and will find another place to order my parts in the future. In the meantime my lawn is a foot high.
