Oil around a rocker cover may come from a damaged cover or worn gasket. Inspect both parts before ordering. This steel cover fits the cylinder 2 side of select twin-cylinder engines and keeps dirt away from the valve parts. Use the full engine model, specification, and serial numbers to guarantee the proper fit. The gasket is not included and should be replaced during installation. Turn off the engine, let it cool, and disconnect the spark plug wires. Do not overtighten the bolts, as this can bend the cover.
