The part was exactly as described, brand new, and fit perfectly. (5 stars) The shipping took much longer than anticipated and at one point appeared lost by the US postal service. FEDEX "surepost was also quite slow as the primary shipper. If there was a separate scale for shipping my rating would be only one star.
