No fuel to carburetor, fuel pump not working properly.
Pulled fuel line off at carburetor and cranked engine over to determine the fuel pump output. Nothing coming from the fuel pump so checked to see if fuel was going from the fuel tank to the pump by pulling fuel line off the pump input side. Plenty of fuel available to the pump input side. New pump was installed using metal spacer because my application of the engine block mounting area was machined and smooth therefore requiring the additional metal spacer included in the new fuel pump kit from E-Replacements. After installing the new pump checked to see if fuel was getting to the carburetor which it was. Engine runs fine now and is ready for the mowing season.
