USPS ZIP Code trouble.
The part was fine. The delivery took two weeks for an expedited delivery. Your data base utilizes the USPS ZIP Code directory which listed my address as incorrect. We live between two zip codes and thus do not appear in it. However, the address is correct. I was not contacted when this was discovered & had to call to determine why it hadn't been received. You try again, same situation. On the third call your representative apologized, had it sent next day air arriving in less than 24 hrs. Two weeks after the initial order.

Used gaskets, fuel filter & heat shield as part of a carburetor freshen up on a MTD Yardman with Kohler 15 HP engine. 1995 Toro Wheel Horse 265H lawn tractor with Kohler CV15 engine. Removed cooling shroud and covers. Removed mouse nest from around cylinder and head which is apparently what caused tractor to overheat leading to blown head gasket. Removed air breather, carburetor, valve cover and head. Inspected mechanical parts... all ok. Ordered new

Remove hood and side panels, remove tin around cylinder and head, remove intake and exhaust, remove valve cover and rockers, unbolt head and remove. clean all gasket areas and install all parts in reverse order. change engine oil
Removed shroad, air cleaner housing, valve cover and rubber hoses. Replaced valve cover gasket, air cleaner housing, rubber hoses and shroad. Engine cranked and ran just like new.
