This o-ring is a genuine Kawasaki replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer for use with small engines. The o-ring is commonly used to form a seal around the bolt that secures the rocker case cover. This o-ring is available as an individual replacement part, additional parts can be found on the illustrated parts diagram.
