Fixed Ignition problem, Easy to replace, good price
The ignition coil was a Kawasaki part, exact replacement and the mower starts like new again!
The resistance of the old coil was not that far out of spec but there was no spark and I had cleaned all the connections, checked for shorts replaced the ignition control module, and that did not fix the problem. The new coil came and I checked the resistance before installing it and it was about the same as the old one. Not exactly sure what the issue was except the old coil must have been failing because there is very good spark with the new coil.
Filling the order took close to a month but during the Covid that is understandable.
