This replacement spark plug boot is an authentic component which is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Honda engines that are commonly installed on a variety of lawn and garden equipment. This rubber cap is used to connect the spark plug to the magneto, over time rubber material can dry out and crack eventually requiring a replacement. Please note this high-quality part is sold individually. Refer to the diagrams for your unit to ensure the correct repair procedure.
1. Remove broken spark plug boot by pulling up.
2. Screw new boot on spark plug wire.
3. Place boot on spark plug.
4. Remove air filter.
5. Remove fuel line from carb using needle nose pliers.
6. Remove front two nuts from plastic cover.
7. Remove bolt on rear of plastic cover.
8. Remove cover.

10. Replace carb and gaskets in reverse order.
