Recoil spring was stretched and would not pull the rope back in.

28442-ZE6-003
Put the spring in the housing and wound up the rope holder. Secured with a quick clamp. Threaded rope into center hole and tied off. Remove clamp and slowly let rope in. Re install recoil unit on mower
