This is a genuine OEM sourced replacement component which is used with Honda engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. It is the starter assembly that is used to pull-start the unit. It is a complete assembly which includes the housing, starter pulley, starter spring, and the pull rope with the grip, please note the hardware to secure it is sold separately.
